Hi, I am somehow a regular customer of your cafe in Ipoh. Even though I am just a student, but I think I should be treated regularly. I really can't stand the service that I get in the cafe and the staff working there. What I saw is there are 2 boys working on that shift, but only the Chinese boy is working. The other boy is doing something else, if it is really a cafe work that he must do, I think he should do it earlier when there is no customer. That is a logic that the workers should know. If not mistaken, I think he had been working there quite some time. I was there in the evening around 5, near to 6. I was sitting outside and it took so long for the service crew to come and give me the menu. I notice that, there is only a Chinese boy working in and out. I ordered my food and start to eat, the food were superb delicious. So I forget about the problem and chat away with my friends. When it is around 6:45pm there is a family coming to the cafe to have their dinner, it is still the same, no one serve him. The Chinese boy is still busy helping the customer and the another worker is still missing. I am wondering if the management appoint one person to work that time or he is just an extra who doesn't wish to help. Then, I saw a Chinese girl come in to work, that time is almost 7, she came in look at all the customer and notice that the table of family still did not get their menu, she quickly put down her bag on the floor and gave the customer the menu and apologised a lot of time. Later then, there is another group of family go in to the cafe, and I finally get to see the extra boy, he saw the customer and turn around, the girl is busy preparing drinks need to stop and take the menu to the new customer. What is his problem, can i know If the menu is too hard for him to carry? I do not know what isup with the cafe and the so
e of the staff there. I personally tell you that I work in a restaurant before, and if I were the Chinese boy or the girl, I would have scold him, and ask him if he wants to work or not. I do not know if the management know there are such cases, if they knew, the management should do something about it. BAD SERVICE WILL CHASE AWAY CUSTOMER!!!!

P/s: I am not sure if the timeline I gave is correct, but it is around that time. I had been noticing the cafe for quite sometime, and this time is the time that I would like to tell the management, so that the management will take action to it.
